Set off on its lonesome from the other buildings at Threshermen's Park is our Sorghum Mill. Our Sorghum Committee is responsible for planting, nurturing, harvesting and processing sorghum in the mill. The sorghum crew has also taken the initiative of creating an informative spiel about sorghum and its processing for each spectator that comes to the mill during our Annual Reunion. Of course, they are also responsible for the mill's equipment.

This committee meets throughout the year.
